Reiki is a holistic technique for stress reduction that promotes deep healing. It is based on the idea that “life force” energy or "chi" flows through us and is what allows us to be alive. If one’s life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick and feel stress. When it is high, we are more capable of thriving and being happy and healthy.
